The app follows your head, but the truck does not?
Check you are using the interior cab view. Close ETS2, check tracking and the engine in TrackVisyon, then reopen the game.

How to enable it in the game
ETS2 supports the TrackIR protocol and its setting is enabled by default. Starting tracking before the game is usually all you need.
You do not need to enable an Eye Tracking feature for TrackVisyon. If you have a tracking pause binding, check that tracking has not been switched off.
Mirrors and junctions, with natural movement
Start in the truck's interior view. The included profile is a useful starting point; Mapping Studio lets you tailor the view range to your driving setup.
Step-by-step setup
Prepare your driving setup
Choose your webcam in TrackVisyon, sit in your driving position and calibrate the centre. Start tracking and leave the integrated engine running.
Launch ETS2 after tracking
Start the game with TrackVisyon already running. Load a save and switch to the interior cab view; the menu and external camera are not the right test.
Check that tracking is enabled
Move your head gently and check the mirrors. If the view stays still, restart the game with tracking running. If TrackIR support was disabled in your configuration, use the check below.
Find your preferred view
Use Mapping Studio to adjust yaw and pitch so you can reach mirrors and junctions comfortably. Change one axis at a time and recalibrate when you change your seating position.
Only if ETS2 does not detect tracking
Close the game and make a copy of config.cfg before editing it. Open the file in the game's Documents folder; OneDrive may redirect that folder.

uset g_trackir "1"Find the existing g_trackir line. If it is uset g_trackir "0", change only 0 to 1, save and reopen ETS2 with TrackVisyon running. If it is already 1, leave it unchanged. Do not remove profiles, bindings or other settings.

Another app is using the webcam?
Close video calls, recording apps and other trackers using it. Leave just one head-tracking source active.
The view moves too far?
Reduce amplification for the affected axis in Mapping Studio. Keep the centre comfortable when looking at the road.
