What are Yaw, Pitch, Roll, X, Y and Z?
They are the six head movements that control your in-game view: three rotations and three translations. Together they form six degrees of freedom, or 6DOF.

No. TrackVisyon uses a webcam.

No. Tracking and webcam video stay on your PC.
What data does diagnostics send?
Only sanitized technical data included with explicit consent; it sends no frames, face data, tokens or raw fingerprints.

3What is TrackVisyon?
It is Windows software that turns head movement detected by your webcam into view control for compatible simulators.
Which PCs are compatible?
You need a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC and either a webcam or an Apple or Android smartphone connected to your Windows computer.
How much does TrackVisyon affect PC performance?
Very little. TrackVisyon is designed to be very lightweight and run in the background with a low impact on PC resources. Actual usage may vary depending on the webcam, resolution and system configuration.

2Can I use a webcam?
Yes. In Normal mode, TrackVisyon directly uses a webcam selected by the user.
Can I use a smartphone?
Yes. You can use a smartphone as the video source through a compatible solution such as Camo, when available and configured. No proprietary TrackVisyon mobile app is required.
Webcam and streaming
7What happens if another application is already using the webcam?
If another application is already using the webcam, TrackVisyon guides you to another source or a compatible virtual camera.
Can I use TrackVisyon while streaming?
Yes. Streaming/recording mode is designed for this: use a compatible virtual camera and keep TrackVisyon active in your setup.
Can I use TrackVisyon during a video call or while recording?
Yes. When video software uses the webcam, you can configure TrackVisyon with a compatible virtual source. The dedicated mode guides you through source selection.
Can I use the same webcam with OBS and TrackVisyon?
Yes, through routing: OBS or Camo uses the physical webcam; TrackVisyon uses OBS Virtual Camera or its compatible virtual camera. This avoids both applications opening the physical webcam directly.
Does TrackVisyon record my webcam?
No. TrackVisyon uses the feed for tracking; it is not recording or streaming software and does not broadcast video.
Is OBS required?
No. OBS Virtual Camera is one supported option; you can also use Camo and other compatible virtual sources when available.
Which virtual cameras can I use?
You can use OBS Virtual Camera, Camo, Elgato Virtual Camera when available and configured, or other compatible virtual sources.

8How many PCs can I activate it on?
A TrackVisyon license supports one active PC at a time.
How do I change PCs?
Deactivate the current PC from your customer area before activating the new one. If it is unavailable, contact support.
What happens after a reinstall or hardware failure?
Support can verify the history and release the device slot with an audited operation.
Can I use it offline?
The commercial license uses the signed offline policy in its entitlement and requires periodic checks.
Is an Internet connection required?
An Internet connection is required for account access, activation, downloads and periodic license checks. A valid Commercial license supports offline use for the allowed period.
When can I download TrackVisyon?
The download is available when your account has a valid active free trial or an active Commercial or Lifetime license.
I activated the free trial: how do I download the application?
After activation completes, the download becomes available in your account area.
Can I download TrackVisyon without a license or active trial?
No. A valid free trial or an active Commercial or Lifetime license is required.

5How long does it last?
The trial lasts 24 hours from its first activation on the PC.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The trial is not anonymous and requires registration or sign-in.
Can I try it on multiple devices?
No. One trial is available per account and device.
What happens when it expires?
Tracking is disabled; your account and history remain available and you can move to a commercial license.
Does the trial renew?
No. There is no automatic renewal.

Use the Support area in your account or the support flow in the application.
Can I get help with webcam, calibration and OpenTrack?
Yes. These categories are supported by the ticket system and may include sanitized diagnostics.
Creator Program
1How do Creator discount codes, earnings and payments work?
When an application is approved, a personal discount code is generated. The administrator sets both the community discount and the Creator commission rate. Every completed order using that code appears in the dashboard with its amount, applied rate and earnings. The share remains pending during the holding period and is checked again before payment, which is arranged directly: if a refund is requested, processing or completed, it remains visible but is held or excluded from earnings.
Installation and Security
1Windows shows a security warning when I run the installer. What should I do?
In some cases, Windows may display a security warning the first time you run a newly downloaded program. This is an automatic Windows check and does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the file.
