These terms govern the TrackVisyon website, account, free trial, software, licence, downloads and support. Before purchase, the product, price, currency, seller and conditions shown at checkout prevail. Mandatory applicable rules, particularly consumer protections, always remain in force.
Information provided must be accurate and current. Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must report unauthorised access. No separate contractual minimum age is set: anyone lacking the capacity required by the law of their country must use the service with the authorisation and under the responsibility of a parent or guardian. Accounts may not be transferred or shared to bypass licence limits.
The trial lets users evaluate compatibility and operation before purchase. Unless otherwise stated on the website, it lasts 24 hours from first activation, is granted once per account, product and device, and does not renew or charge automatically. Creating multiple accounts, altering identifiers or using other means to extend the trial is abuse and may lead to blocking.
Following valid payment or authorised assignment, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted and may be revoked for material breach. A permanent commercial licence permits use of the purchased version without a preset expiry date on one active device at a time, unless a written offer states otherwise. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee online services, future compatibility or new features not included forever.
Before purchase, users must review published requirements and use the trial where available. Performance and compatibility also depend on the PC, operating system, webcam or smartphone, lighting, drivers, mapping software, game and third-party updates. Internet is required for account access, downloads, initial activation and periodic licence checks; webcam tracking itself runs locally.
The party identified as seller at checkout concludes the sale and handles its related obligations. This may be TrackVisyon or an external Merchant of Record. The total price, taxes, currency, payment methods and invoicing are those shown before ordering. A licence is issued only after valid provider confirmation; declined, cancelled, disputed or refunded orders may remain inactive or lead to licence suspension or revocation.
Access to the Creator Program is subject to approval. Creators receive a personal discount code; the community discount and commission rate are set by the administrator and shown in the dashboard. Commission is calculated on completed orders attributed to that code using the rate saved when the order is placed. Cancelled, refunded, disputed or fraudulent orders, and orders placed by Creators using their own code, do not generate valid earnings. Each share remains pending during the holding period and can be paid only after a current payment check: requested or pending refunds hold the share, completed refunds exclude it and remain visible in both Admin and Creator history. The payment method and reference are agreed directly and the status is recorded in the dashboard. The program may be suspended or updated for the future without removing valid earnings already accrued.
Consumers normally have the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. TrackVisyon is digital content supplied without a tangible medium and is made available immediately after payment confirmation: before ordering, we separately request express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal may be lost once download or access begins, where permitted by law. This does not limit the statutory conformity guarantee or other mandatory rights. The free 24-hour trial allows customers to test the software before purchase but does not replace those rights. To request a refund, open a ticket from the customer area and include the order number and reason; alternatively contact support@trackvisyon.it. Each request is assessed under applicable law, the conditions accepted at checkout and the download, access and licence status, so no automatic change-of-mind refund is promised beyond required cases. When approved, TrackVisyon submits a full refund to PayPal against the original transaction; the licence is deactivated only after provider confirmation. The status may be Requested, Processing, Completed or Not completed. Once confirmed, funds return to the original payment method; actual timing depends on PayPal, the card issuer or payment institution and is outside TrackVisyon's control.
Consumers and other users retain all mandatory remedies. If digital content is defective, does not match its description or fails to work as reasonably expected, contact support with the configuration and issue: where applicable, conformity will be restored within a reasonable time or a price reduction, termination or refund will be provided as required by law. The guarantee does not cover issues caused solely by misuse, unmet requirements or unauthorised changes.
TrackVisyon, its code, interfaces, trademarks, documentation and content are protected. Except where mandatorily permitted by law, users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish keys or installers, reverse engineer, bypass activation or controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use accounts and trials fraudulently. User-created profiles and configurations remain usable within the product's technical limits.
Updates required for security, conformity and compatibility, as well as optional improvements, may be released. Account, activation, download and support services may undergo reasonable maintenance or interruptions. Support is included through available channels; opening a ticket from the customer area is preferred for traceable handling. No fixed response times or compatibility with every third-party product are guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Accounts or licences may be limited or suspended where required for security, fraud, chargeback or non-payment, trial abuse, unauthorised sharing or material breach. Where reasonable, users will receive information and may request review. Measures will be proportionate and do not affect mandatory rights. Users may request account closure, subject to any legally required data retention.
To the extent permitted by law, TrackVisyon is not liable for harm caused by use contrary to instructions, unsupported configurations, user modifications, or interruptions and incompatibilities attributable to hardware, games, drivers or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or limits consumer rights. Users remain responsible for system safety, local recordings and use of the software while playing.
Terms may be updated for product, security or legal developments. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and will not retroactively impair accrued rights. The law and courts shown in Legal details apply only where permitted: consumers retain mandatory protections in their country of residence and may use the competent courts under applicable law. Before a dispute, we invite users to open a ticket so a resolution can be attempted.
