01
Aggregate website statistics
To understand which pages are viewed, the website counts public page views by day and path. The counter stores only the day, page, number of views and the start of measurement: it does not store IP addresses, emails, device identifiers, URL query parameters or analytics cookies. It does not identify unique visitors or link visits to purchases or webcam tracking. These aggregate counts remain available to compare website trends; technical security logs are handled separately.
02
Data controller
The controller, registered address, tax details and legal contacts are shown in the Legal details panel on this page. If checkout identifies a Merchant of Record, that party acts as seller and independently processes data required for payment, invoicing, tax and refunds under its own privacy notice.
03
Website and service data
Account data: name, email, protected credentials and preferences.
Commercial data: orders, products, amounts, currency, coupons, references and payment status received from the provider; TrackVisyon does not store full card details.
Licence data: status, activations and minimised technical device identifiers.
Support: tickets, messages and attachments selected by the user.
Security: technical logs, timestamps, operation outcomes and minimised network or browser identifiers where required.
04
Creator Program data
To operate the Creator Program, we process the public name, supplied social links, discount code, attributed orders, commission rate and amounts, due dates and payment status. Creators do not see the names, email addresses or other personal data of customers using their code. Any PayPal email and beneficiary name are visible only to the Creator and authorised personnel and are used to manage agreed payments.
05
Webcam and tracking stay local
TrackVisyon uses the live webcam feed on the PC to calculate movement. During normal operation, servers do not receive or store images, frames, video, faces, biometric data derived from the webcam, or a raw movement history. Users who create local recordings control their content and retention. Any voluntary file submission in a support ticket is separate from tracking and occurs only at the user's initiative.
06
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to create and manage accounts and provide trials, purchases, downloads, activation and support (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps); meet tax, accounting and legal requirements (legal obligation); prevent fraud, protect accounts, infrastructure and rights, and improve service reliability (legitimate interests balanced against user rights). Where required, promotional communications or optional diagnostics rely on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.
07
Providers, recipients and transfers
Data may be disclosed, solely for the relevant function, to hosting and infrastructure, email, payment or Merchant of Record providers, technical support and advisers bound by confidentiality, and to authorities where required by law. The actual list depends on services enabled. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law are used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate.
08
Cookies and technical technologies
The website uses cookies or equivalent tools required for sessions, authentication, security, language and storage of the banner choice. These tools do not require consent when strictly necessary. Any optional analytics or marketing tools must be described and enabled only after obtaining the consent required by law.
09
Retention
Account and licence data is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to handle requests, security and disputes. Orders and administrative records are retained for periods required by tax and accounting law. Tickets and logs are kept only while useful for support and security, then deleted or anonymised. Backups and technical copies are removed under the service's operational cycles. A legal obligation or dispute may require longer retention.
10
Privacy rights and requests
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For traceable handling, opening a ticket from the customer area is preferred; you may always use the privacy contact shown in Legal details. We may request reasonable information to verify the requester's identity.
11
Security and automated decisions
Passwords are not stored in plain text: they are stored using cryptographic derivation. Access controls, session protections, logging of sensitive operations and risk-appropriate measures are also applied. No system is immune from incidents. TrackVisyon does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users; automated fraud or licence checks can be reviewed through support.
