Test inside the truck in the interior view. Menus and external cameras are not the right test for tracked cab movement.

How to enable it in the game
ATS normally has TrackIR support enabled. Start tracking and the integrated engine before the game, then check the movement from inside the cab.
You do not need to change your steering-wheel profile or install mods. Only if the game does not respond, check the ATS configuration below: it is separate from Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Feel at home in the cab, from your first trip
Test while parked in the interior view: look at the road, then both mirrors. A smooth centre helps on long journeys and during manoeuvres.
Step-by-step setup
Get ready for the journey
Select your webcam in TrackVisyon and calibrate in your driving position. Start tracking with the integrated engine active, then open American Truck Simulator.
Get into the cab
Load a game and select the interior view. While parked, look gently left and right: the camera should follow your head.
Check detection
If it stays still, close ATS and reopen it with TrackVisyon already running. If it still does not respond, check only g_trackir using the procedure below.
Tailor the mirrors, not the wheel
In Mapping Studio, adjust yaw to reach the mirrors and pitch for the instruments. Keep a relaxed centre and test one change at a time.
Only if ATS does not detect tracking
Close the game and make a copy of config.cfg before editing. Documents may be inside OneDrive if folder syncing is enabled.

uset g_trackir "1"Find the existing g_trackir line. If it is uset g_trackir "0", change only 0 to 1, save and reopen ATS. If it is already 1, leave it unchanged. Do not remove profiles, saves or other settings.
If your view does not respond
Do you also have ETS2 installed?
Check the file in the American Truck Simulator folder. Editing Euro Truck Simulator 2's file does not enable tracking in ATS.
Too much rotation?
Reduce amplification in Mapping Studio until the road and mirrors are comfortable to reach without losing sight of your screen.
